Showcooking Traditional Cuisine Getaway

Showcooking in Palamós consists of live cooking demonstrations and tastings led by the chefs of Espai del Peix. Its aim is to showcase the variety of products landed at the Port of Palamós.

The traditional seafood showcooking focuses on the preparation of classic fishermen's recipes, a type of cuisine known as "ranch cuisine."

The session is accompanied by a wine pairing featuring wines from the Empordà DO.
